70cl / 48.3% – A complex, herbal artisanal mezcal from Koch that is made in Rio de Ejutla, Oaxaca, using Maguey Barril that is 12-years-old. Aromas of peach, green apple, fresh herbs, raisins and sweet white wine fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, roasted pineapple, smoke, white pepper and honeysuckle throughout the palate.
